Additional location details – We are located in the heart of Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon Cultural District, one block North of the Center Stage. Located at the corner of East Madison Street and North Calvert Street, on the east side of North Calvert Street, on the same side of the Street as the Mount Vernon Children’s Park. We are located in the same building as the Artisan Title Company.
Hours of operation – Generally, 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

Entry – Visitors must ring the doorbell (a black box located to the right of the doorknob) and respond to the Receptionist to gain entry. The office has one flight of steps. Arrangements can be made to meet on the first floor, if necessary.

Our services – We provide legal services to clients in Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcy, including individuals who have already filed a case. In the area of Estate Planning and Administration, we help clients prepare their Will, Power of Attorney, and Advance Directive. We represent clients in the estate administration process. We prepare and review contracts for sale. We prepare and record deeds. We represent home buyers and home sellers in every aspect of the real estate transaction.
Consultation Fee(s)– Bankruptcy and Deed Preparation $0.00 for the first 30 minutes, $295 per hour thereafter; Estate Planning/Administration and Other Residential Real Estate Matters – $80 for the first 30 minutes, $295 per hour thereafter; All other areas – $295.00 per hour with a 30-minute minimum.
