Mr. Carter is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland since 1998 and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland since 2001. Mr. Carter serves as a volunteer attorney with the Debtor Assistance Project, a legal clinic that is a partnership of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland and various members of the Maryland legal community. Mr. Carter has over 17 years of experience representing individual clients, non-profits, investors, developers and small businesses in matters involving real estate transactions and litigation, consumer bankruptcy, estate planning and administration, contacts and commercial matters. Mr. Carter has over 15 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate brokerage transactions.
